Sonja Wunderlich completed her Master’s degree in “Staging the Arts and Media” at the University of Hildesheim. In addition to her subsequent academic traineeship at the Ludwig Forum Aachen, she curated and realised various exhibitions and projects, including “Final Goods” at the Kunstverein Hildesheim, the “Videonale.Parcours of the Videonale.16 – Festival for Video and time-based forms of art”, Kunstmuseum Bonn, or “Blue Skies. Körper in Aufruhr” at PACT Zollverein, medienwerk.nrw. Since 2019, she has been working as exhibition manager and project manager at the NRW-Forum Düsseldorf and was already responsible for the realisation of the first edition of the “AR Biennale” in 2021.
Judith Winterhager studied Visual Communication at the Bauhaus University Weimar and completed her Master’s degree at the Department of Cultural Analysis and Mediation in the “Curatorial Studies” programme at the Zurich University of the Arts. In addition to assisting in galleries and graphic studios in London, Zurich and Paris, she most recently worked at the Institute for Computer Music and Sound Technology (Zurich) and as a volunteer at the Kunstsammlung Nordrhein-Westfalen in Düsseldorf. Since January 2020, she has been the curatorial assistant at the NRW-Forum Düsseldorf and is responsible for the area of digital communication. Together with Alain Bieber, she realised the exhibitions “Subversive Design”, the media art exhibition “Welcome to Paradise” and the first “AR Biennale” 2021, among others.
